Searching for deaths and sharing on social media
Social media has changed the way information is found and shared. This increasingly happens online, also when it comes to
deaths. We’ve enabled funeral homes to offer their online services to help users find information about someone’s death
through searching online, for example through Google. This is easily shared to social media platforms.
Practical information such as the time and place is integrated with Google Maps to make directions easy to find and share
with guests. There is also an option to register attendance to the memorial service following the funeral.
